    "Electrip Energy Solutions and Mobility Services" has been established in France in order to pursue its activities and projects covering electrical vehicle charging station sales, installment and operation activities abroad with its subsidiaries.

    We are looking for a "Purchasing Specialist" for our Electrip France team.

    Responsibilities;

    • Purchasing materials and equipment to be purchased in charging station installations of our Electrip companies, purchasing operation and maintenance and service needs
    • Searching for suppliers who can provide materials, equipment and services in accordance with the criteria and specifications specified for the requests assigned to it
    • Receiving proposals from the identified suppliers according to the demand criteria, coordinating the technical evaluation processes with the technical department
    • Negotiating technically made offers with companies according to commercial criteria and coordinating the bargaining processes
    • Preparing the purchase offer comparison file over the SAP system according to the received offers, placing the order after the approval process is completed
    • If necessary, follow-up of the delivery of the produced orders, follow-up of their entrance to the warehouse, making company office, production area visits
    • Preparing regular analyzes and reports of the works on it
    • Will be responsible for the coordination of the accounting transactions of the invoices.

    Requirements;

    • Graduated from Engineering departments or from similar technical departments of universities
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in the purchase of technical equipment, technical materials and services from abroad and locally
    • Having strong negotiation skills, knowing the details of the goods and services purchased, knowing alternatives and market conditions, and being able to reflect this information on business results
    • Fluent in English, speaking actively is a must
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications, preferably SAP purchasing modules
    • Able to adapt to intense working conditions.
