Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Feignies. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting customers through professional correspondence, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, providing information about products and services, monitoring customer orders, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless customer experiences. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Experience and resolving customer issues effectively
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work effectively in a professional, on-site environment
- Proficiency in CRM software or other customer management tools
- Language skills in English is a must
