Digital Identity Functional Analyst (M/F)

Within the Networks and Cybersecurity family, the Digital Identity service line offers all services related to digital identity (IAM, AD, PKI).

The portfolio includes services operated in France and Belgium by a team of around 50 people:

  • Identity and authorization management (MyIdentity service)
  • Active Directory (AD service)
  • Management of digital certificates (PKI
  • Digital Certificates service)
  • Delegated password management (WiPass service)
  • Employee registration and identity distribution via a Group metadirectory (AllocID / SyncID service)


The Digital Identity service line includes a cross-functional Business Development Management unit that interacts with all operational departments on preliminary project issues, new service development, and opportunity and budget monitoring.

A large part of the activity involves responding to specific requests from existing customers or the deployment of our services to new entities of the group in France and abroad.

You will join this cross-functional Business Development Management unit as a Functional Analyst.


The Functional Analyst assists the business lines (ENGIE IT's customers) in formalizing the needs and solutions to be implemented in response to these needs, with a view to better integration into the company's information system.

You will have the following responsibilities, interacting with all ENGIE business lines in France, Belgium and internationally:

  • Organize workshops with customers to clarify and formalize their needs
  • Identify the service or services to be mobilized to meet this need
  • Produce proposals for technical solutions (functional specifications) and financial solutions (commercial proposals) with the help of the various experts and service line coordinators
  • Present and support these proposals to customers
  • Manage the resulting project in coordination with internal teams
  • Monitor opportunities in the ENGIE IT CRM and report to the customer on projects you are monitoring
  • Participate in the consolidation of the service line budgets in coordination with the various Service Delivery Managers


You will work with the entire Digital Identity team and will manage all stages of the project from start to finish: from scoping to production launch.

Job requirements:

You have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of IAM, PKI or privileged access management (PIAM).

You have a detailed knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Planner, SharePoint, PowerBI.

You have good interpersonal skills, you listen to the customer and are customer / user oriented. You are able to convert a customer need into specifications.

Good writing skills and a good level of written and spoken English are required for this position.
