JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be in charge to support our main medical suppliers in order to monitor, improve and develop their quality and regulatory management.
Continuous improvement will be a key driver to support the strong and steady growth of our business
Scope of this position, will include the following responsibilities:
Supplier audits and dedicated actions plan follow up
Identify and fix quality and supply Chain issues with our OEM suppliers
Develop and promote best practices of quality management
Develop and support our main suppliers (quality management, supply chain organization..)
Leading our process "OEM new products validation and modification", including operational quality process
Support quality controller in charge of Inbound Quality Control (IQC) in our Central DC, and lead mitigation quality actions (return flows, financial penalties, ....)
Report Quality status, issues and main improvements and actions

Instruments Sourcing Department, in charge of supplier you will have to deal with

Instruments Logistic Department, hosting OEM IQC activities
Instruments Central teams (Operation, R&D, Finances, Sales Admi, IT..

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
· Educational Background in Engineering or Quality Management (Master degree)
· At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, ideally for Medical Devices
· Strong problem solving skills, result oriented, facilitator and very structured
· Capacity to analyze and integrate products features and impacts of tests or quality results
· Knowledge of Medical Devices Regulation appreciated
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Educational Background: Master degree in Engineering or Quality Management
