    You will join the Payment Solutions and New Markets Financial Control team and report to the Payment Solutions & New Markets Finance Director.

    You are the key point of contact between the headquarters and PSNM business units controllers in all financial related topics. You will support the PSNM management team in all typical financial exercises such as monthly business reviews, budget, forecast, 3-year strategic plan. You are responsible of controlling activities across the Business Line, contributing to the correct application of Group standard financial rules across the entities of the perimeter.

    Main responsibilities:

  • Month-end closing: Ensure monthly closing cadence is respected by entities under the PSNM scope, ensuring timely reporting of the results Perform timely analyses to ensure accuracy of results, Ensure month-end of the central costs of the Business Line
  • Financial performance management: Guidance and coordination of the budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes for the entities under the PSNM scope Financial analysis of the consolidated business line results, including P&L, headcount, cash-flow, Capex, to drive impactful management decisions Business review deck preparation for closing and budget / forecasts
  • Business excellence: Help implement a more robust cost monitoring framework for the main entities of the Business Line, to be able to better monitor the level of costs vs forecasts / budgets Perform meaningful analyses to evaluate overall performance gaps vs forecasts / budgets that help drive meaningful decisions Development, adaptation, and implementation of lean and efficient financial processes & structure to have on time and full transparency over monthly PSNM results
  • Controlling: Be the guarantor of financial and analytical data as part of the month-end and ensure the implementation and compliance with Group reporting rules Together with the PSNM Finance Director, ensure regular (twice a year) balance sheet reviews for the business line and escalate to the business line management any risks arising In-depth analysis of certain aspects of the financial performance ("deep dives") to steer business decisions
  • Animation of controlling community: Animation of the FP&A / controlling community across the PSNM entities Be the technical reference for the entities for reporting matters, ensuring also training of the newcomers on reporting matters (frameworks, deadlines, Smartview) Work closely with the Group FP&A to identify opportunities to simplify reporting structures and reduce workload
  • PROFILE :

  • Master's degree, 10 years working experience in management control or finance business partnering roles, preferably in a multi-national company
  • Good knowledge of IFRS standards
  • Excellent ability in Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools
  • Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management knowledge is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and transversely in a matrix and multicultural universe
  • Ability to challenge and be also a partner to the local management team
  • English fluency (both spoken & written) is required
  • Good communicator, with ability to easily switch between big picture view and detailed view
