Overview


The Western Europe (WE) Customer Solutions Centre (CSC) is a new structure which enables Mastercard to develop solutions & bundles for prioritised Customer segments.


It is the housing for all Mastercard capabilities and it aims to drive Mastercard growth and revenue by creating and selling compelling data-driven, scalable needs-based solutions to new and existing Customers by tapping into Mastercard's extensive toolbox of products and services offerings.

There are three main business functions within the


WE CSC:
Products & Solutions Specialists, Customer Solutions Architects and Customer Technical Architects. Products and Solutions Specialists are responsible for Product Strategy and Management covering technical product features / capabilities. Customer Solutions Architects are responsible for Customer solutioning and combining products into holistic customer propositions.


As Senior Professional, SME Products & Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering scalable small business solutions in the French market.

This role will work closely with the Account teams and Customer Solution Architects to enable solutions that addresses small business needs while leveraging the unique competitive advantages that our solutions offer.

They will also support the Regional Product team to drive business growth for specific solutions, services and capabilities across the product lifecycle, from launch to maturation.

Role

As a Product Senior Professional within the France Products & Solutions team, you will be the 'go to' product expert, and in turn responsible for:

  • Provide specialist support to the sales teams in pre and after sale partner meetings with detailed technical understanding of product features and solutions (in partnership with Regional Product team)
  • Use customer needs, research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to document business and product requirements
  • Monitor product performance, pipeline management and identify opportunities to improve overall product lifecycle processes
  • Review information on competitors' product offerings, business models and technology innovations on a regular basis and share findings
  • Guide and partner with customers to deliver the best possible consumer journey and experience
  • Regularly interact with regional product team and technical teams to develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the products
  • Display judgment to know when to escalate issues and liaise with crossfunctional teams for resolution
  • Support and participate in postlaunch reviews and ensure feedback is incorporated into enhancements

Required Skills:


  • Payment Industry experience, SME product management experience would be desirable
  • High attention to detail, adaptable, executes with a sense of urgency and strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong execution skills, able to get things done through collaboration with partners across the region
  • Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills with experience interfacing with customers
  • Selfstarter and quick learner with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Keen understanding of competitive offerings, industry trends and gotomarket considerations
  • Ability to travel if required
