VOTRE MISSION
As part of its new ambition, the SUEZ communication department is recruiting a Group social media manager.


Key missions:

  • Design and formalize the Group's social media strategy, in conjunction with internal stakeholders (country and business subsidiaries, marketing, HR, etc.): identify the most influential players (opinion leaders, etc.), and the key places of expression; create impactful content according to the audiences
  • Propose and implement an editorial calendar, new content and tools that contribute to transform the company's image and increase its visibility.
  • In close collaboration with the Group Marketing Department, manage campaigns.
  • Ensure active monitoring of the company's reputation, particularly through active conversational and sectoral monitoring.
  • Promote employee engagement on social networks, through a training and employee advocacy program including the Group's managers.
  • Animate the network of internal stakeholders, advise them and train them in the use and creation of content for social networks.
  • Analyze the performance of the strategies and content deployed and supervise the development of the Group's reputation barometer.
The social media manager manages a team composed of a community manager and a media analyst.


VOTRE PROFIL

  • Minimum 5 years experience including experience as a social media manager
  • Strong writing skills
  • Mastery of new media and social network management tools
  • Mastery of online reputation monitoring and measurement tools
  • Ability to analyze and advise
  • Ability to propose changes in strategy, types of content or themes
  • Creativity and reactivity, especially in case of crisis
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to adapt, comfortable in a changing environment
  • Written and spoken English
