- Exploiter SQL pour interroger les bases de données et analyser les problèmes liés aux données.
- Fournir une assistance technique proactive pour prévenir les problèmes avant qu'ils ne surviennent.
- Maintenir une documentation précise sur la résolution des incidents techniques.
- Soutenir l'amélioration continue en proposant des améliorations aux processus existants.
- L'utilisation de Postman serait un plus dans ce rôle mais n'est pas obligatoire.
- Diplômé.e d'une formation supérieure en informatique ou sciences (université ou école d'ingénieur).
- Vous avez entre 4-6 ans d'expérience en Support d'application.
