In order to support our constant growth and our customers worldwide, we are looking for an inspiring and passionate profile to join our Corporate Strategy team as a Market Analyst for our Manufacturing Industries sector.
Your contribution
As part of the Corporate Strategy team, you will explore and monitor, assess critically, reveal and advocate the potential business opportunities for Dassault Systemes biggest sector: Manufacturing Industries.
Your main missions
- Define the sector landscape framework (reason to be, macroeconomy, economic trends...)
- Observe and identify the right market & opportunities (market insights, competition...)
- Make priorities visible and foster alignment across all brands & the 7 manufacturing industries.
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators & trends to guide & help to define the Sector strategy (PESTEL)
- Proactively study current & target markets, clients & competitors to identify early signs of opportunities and threats for 3DS.
- Build factbased convictions to feed sector strategy, considering sector tipping points, evolution of industry players and potential businesses.
- Identify key players to be considered for Partner / Buys decisions
- Build and update the manufacturing sector strategy referential to put the sector priorities into perspective.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering/Technology or related degree.
- Minimum experience requirement in at least one of the domains covered by the Sector (Manufacturing industries Sector), depending on the position occupied: experience as an analyst in a corporate setup or, experience as a consultant or M&A analyst.
