The 3 main activities of Sociaaal are:

  • Growing and optimising the existing portfolio
  • Launching new apps
  • Acquiring or publishing other apps to strengthen the portfolio


The company is run by owner Alexei Chemenda (serial entrepreneur: MotionLead, Adikteev YC, etc.) and CEO Patrick Stuart-Constant (also entrepreneur: Cassandre Investments, HEC).

Our philosophy is to grow rapidly while maintaining strong profitability. You will work closely with the CEO and be supported by a CTO very experienced in iOS.


Skills required:


  • Mastery of UIKit (+RX) & SwiftUI (Combine + AsyncAwait)
  • Design Patterns UKit (MVC, MVVM, Clean Archi) & SwiftUI (MV)
  • InApp Subscriptions (RevenueCat)
  • Ads SDKs
  • FirebaseSDK (Firestore, CloudFunction, Storage)
  • Analytics, RemoteConfig & ABTesting
  • CI/CD (Bitrise)
  • Fluent English

Appreciated skills:


  • Android Kotlin development
  • Cloud Firestore & Cloud Functions (Typescript)
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • NodeJS / Go development
  • Machine Learning
