Support the execution of compensation cycles including data collection analysis and manager briefings Automate Excel files for efficient budget tracking and policy updates Collaborate with finance and team leads to ensure alignment with compensation policies Contribute to postcycle analysis and support data cleaning efforts for benchmark tools Participate in key projects including the implementation of Workday for integrated compensation and benefits management

You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a masters degree in HR or finance You possess advanced Excel skills and have a keen eye for detail and design You are autonomous proactive and eager to take on handson responsibilities You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with finance teams and senior stakeholders You thrive in an international fastpaced environment and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to key projects
