- Develop and maintain quality strategy according to KPIs and global Initiatives
- Drive Quality continuous improvement utilizing appropriate methods & preventive quality tools
- Ensure compliance with relevant certifications for Quality, Safety & Environmental (Food Safety and Automotive)
- Maintain efficient Quality Control System to guarantee that products meet specifications and customer requirements
- Manage customer and supplier complaints effectively
- Collaborate with Cluster Quality Management to report and improve the local performance
- Implement preventive quality measures and reduce nonconforming materials
- Lead good manufacturing practice and HACCP risk assessments
- Manage new product implementation and the local change process
- Direct local quality organization and foster competence development
- Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field
- 3-5 years practical experience in quality management
- Experience with problem-solving techniques such as 8D
- Knowledge of quality management systems, including Quality Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
- Management systems Auditor qualification, experience with GMP and HACCP
- Experience leading diverse teams
- Fluent in French & English language
