The opportunity:


Sephora Global Headquarter is growing significantly and recruiting more and more international profiles (180 employees mainly located in France but also in the USA, UK and Asia).

Reporting to the Europe & Middle East C&B Director, the Global HQ C&B and International Mobility Manager ensures that the business strategy and vision are cascaded to the teams and translated into the C&B policies.

They will provide a high level quality of service to the HR community and operational managers but also a high level of expertise regarding international mobility and reward.

They will coordinate various C&B projects.


You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

International Mobility:

  • Define and implement necessary actions and processes regarding international mobility at Sephora in line with the HR strategic plan and existing policies
  • Prepare packages and contracts
  • Manage administrative processes related to expatriations (employer contributions, subscription, addendums)
  • Be the internal expert regarding international mobility, including monitoring of employment laws and regulations evolutions
  • Collaborate with the different departments (HR Administration, HR Controlling ) to coordinate all steps of international transfers.

C&B:

  • Provide a strategic vision in defining the C&B policy for the scope
  • Ensure this policy is well executed and suitable for the different employee categories
  • Prepare C&B packages for Global HQ employees
  • Deploy Sephora & LVMH C&B processes, including the annual salary review, bonus calculation in collaboration with the HRD
  • Benchmark market competitiveness of our C&B policies in France
  • Provide C&B expertise to Global HQ HRD and her team
  • Update and revise, if needed, the position gradings in line with internal processes, as well as variable & collective compensation schemes
  • Lead and / or participate to C&B projects for the region Europe & Middle East
  • Higher education in HR or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in an International Mobility / C&B firm
  • Strong knowledge of Employment laws and regulations internationally and global mobility processes including immigration laws, tax implications
  • 10 years' experience in an International Mobility / C&B position in an international company (Retail, FMCG, Industrial environment)
  • Autonomous, organized and detailoriented Approach
  • Ability to work with multicultural & crossfunctional teams on both operational and strategic topics
  • At ease with figures and tools, excel, HRIS
