Installation Analyses Discipline Manager
At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won't find anywhere else. We are looking for an
Installation Analyses Discipline Manager (M/F) who can join our multicultural team in Paris.

Within the Installation Department, you will be responsible for the management of the Installation analyses Discipline. Your main goals and accountabilities are detailed below.


Main accountabilities

  • Define and provide the proper staffing and level of skills (within installation analyses remit) according to requirements of the projects and operations.
  • Organise the Installation analyses Discipline to ensure it provides the required support to the various projects and operations
  • Maintain the level of knowhow and competencies of his/her installation analyses engineering teams in regards for projects and operations requirements through selection and training of his/her engineering teams.
  • Participate in the definition of the installation engineering organization on projects by validating scope and resources, taking in considering the support from GEC to optimise costs.
  • Ensure:
  • Involvement of your engineering teams for subsea installation analyses matters.
  • Proper implementation of TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes within projects and operations.
  • Adequate performance monitoring of your engineering team performance.
  • Ensure technical integrity and growth of installation analyses discipline within the Subsea installation engineering remit through:
  • Links with corporate engineering centers and alternative services providers.
  • Consolidation of discipline knowhow and best practices through the creation and updating of own disciplines reference documentation.
  • Dissemination and transfer of knowhow and best practices
  • Assistance and definition of the career plans for the various engineers of the department

You are meant for this job if you have:

  • Recognised experience in his/her Engineering field
  • Relevant experience in the management of resources
  • Adequate soft skills to manage the engineering team
