EMEA Wholesale Assistant

Department stores follow-up
Work closely with sales team on the different dashboards: weekly sales performance and selling reports, identify best sellers and slow sellers in season, anticipate swaps and reorders to secure a good sales performance, keep track of the incentives running in DS.
Support with openings of new SIS, pop-ups (follow-up with different departments in the company, and installation in store).
Help elaborate training and VM tools, and participate to the training sessions in our Paris and London DS ( GL, Printemps, Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols).

Wholesale development
Support sales team in developing the network of multiband and concept stores in Europe by reaching out to the prospects based on the plan.
In season reorders and swaps
Be proactive and contact European clients to push in season reorders and swaps to boost their performance

Showroom organization
Create invitation for the showroom, participation, and support to elaborate the linesheet tools, organize shooting of commercial looks at the showroom with the sales team for our linesheets
Control of our sales tool Joor with sales team to make sure our software is updated and ready for sales campaign

Administration Paris office
Assist head of sales with seasonal reports and benchmark presentation
Keep track of the invoices and expenses of our office in Paris
We Are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role (internship included)
- Structured and organized but comfortable working in a fastpaced and everevolving environment.
- Good analytical skills
- English and French are mandatory
- Good attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive and action orientated as well as solution driven.
- Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
