Description

Reporting to the Aeronautical Director, the Aeronautical Development Analyst will work on a large array of key missions for VINCI Airports' global development.

M&A process

  • Prepare and deliver precise market analysis using various data sources available for cargo and passenger flows
  • Build long term forecast models for air traffic demand at an airport/city/country level
  • Ensure good communication across all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Prepare and deliver the final bid for the grantor
Airport support

  • Work on generic and specific business cases for all airports across the Group's network
  • Pitch passenger and cargo Air Service Development opportunities to airlines in partnership with airports
  • Foster communication across the Group's airport by sharing best practices
  • Provide technical support and expertise for one off analysis
Big Data analysis

  • Participate in the group's transition to a data driven environment
  • Identify and understand opportunities to develop new analysis axis
  • Design and test new reporting methods and KPIs in partnership with external experts
Regulatory and Competitive watch

  • Monitor evolutions affecting air travel around the world with a special focus on the Group's platforms
  • Identify new behaviors and development opportunities
  • Perform global studies, benchmarks, and analysis to help drive the Group's reflections
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or Air Transportation with at least two years relevant industry experience
  • Relevant industry experience:
  • Airline experience in several of the following areas: route analysis, cargo, marketing, alliances, international or regulatory affairs and operations research; familiarity with airline economics
  • Experience in airport planning and operations; good understanding of airport functionality and governing procedures; knowledgeable in multimodal transportation
  • Ability to be resourceful in researching and analysing markets and issues
  • Knowledgeable on industry information resources (Sabre, OAG, Diio, IATA services ) would be a plus
  • Proven experience with computer systems including MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Previous PowerBI development would be a plus
  • French and English fluent
