Mission

Directly reporting to our Group Chief People Officer, the Chief People Officer EMEA will be responsible for leading the People function across the EMEA region, ensuring that HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives.

The role will involve managing a team of HR professionals and partnering with local HR Directors to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the business objectives across the EMEA region
Partner with HR Directors to understand their needs and provide guidance on HR matters
Lead the HR team across the EMEA region, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance
Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across the EMEA region
Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives to improve business performance and efficiency
Manage HR budgets and resources effectively

Profil

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on the EMEA region
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations across the EMEA region
Experience leading HR teams and partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
