Job Summary


As Brand, Events & Tenders Communications VP managing a team of 9 persons, you define and implement Alstom's brand the strategy externally and position the company on the market in line with the company's business strategy.


Aligned with the communications function strategy you define the worldwide external events strategy and support the delivery of external events liaising with Regions communications teams.


Additionally, you lead the development of specific communications material to support tenders worldwide, guaranteeing an efficient and clear communication both in terms of image and content.


As part of the Communications Leadership Team, you provide continuous support to Chief Communication Officer while leading by example to create a team culture that is agile, inclusive and responsive.


About Your Responsibilities

External Events: define Alstom's external events strategy; design and deliver all major worldwide rail exhibitions (InnoTrans, UITP) and non-rail events (Vivatech), deliver CEO conferences, finance, corporate and press events.

Tenders: design and deliver the communications strategy and collaterals for tenders rank 1 from pre-tendering phase to submission phase. Liaising with tender leaders teams, design teams and regions communications teams; design and deploy rank 2 tenders collaterals to support regions communications teams; guarantee tender ranking with tender control & marketing teams to focus communication on relevant tenders.

  • Lead the 3 teams while complementing the team's well developed creative acumen and execution skillsets.

About You
years of experience in a similar industry or equivalent relevant work experience with CAC 40 listed corporation

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of brand and events landscape worldwide and international experience in this field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven track record of Leadership
