Nous menons une transformation numérique majeure pour offrir une expérience fluide, personnalisée et innovante à nos étudiants et enseignants.Au cœur de cette dynamique, la **Squad Student Experience** conçoit et améliore TimeSpice, l'application mobile et web qui accompagne chaque étudiant et enseignant au quotidien.## ## Vos missions**Préparer et structurer le backlog*** Rédiger des User Stories claires et complètes, avec critères d'acceptation.* Maintenir un backlog priorisé, cohérent et toujours "Ready for Dev".* Assurer la cohérence UX et cross-squads, et documenter les évolutions.**Contribuer au cadrage fonctionnel*** Mener des ateliers de discovery avec PM, UX et Tech Lead.* Recueillir les besoins auprès des écoles, étudiants et enseignants.* Définir cas d'usage, parcours utilisateurs et règles métier.* Clarifier les problématiques : besoin → cible → contraintes → critères de réussite.**Soutenir le delivery et garantir la qualité*** Répondre aux questions dev et assurer les clarifications pendant les sprints.* Participer à la pré-validation fonctionnelle et aux phases de recette.* Contribuer aux démonstrations internes et tests utilisateurs.## ## Profil recherchéChez Galileo Global Education, votre personnalité compte davantage que votre background technique.
