Mission of the HPS Hydrogen platform


Leverage the competencies across the Saint-Gobain HPS Businesses and understanding of market unmet needs to identify, develop, and grow a portfolio of value-added, unique and differentiated solutions in the production, separation, transport, storage and/or use of sustainable hydrogen leading to significant, commercially viable new opportunities.


Saint-Gobain's HPS Hydrogen Platform Team is looking for a curious, driven, talented, and experienced market manager to lead our activity to scout, identify, manage and develop new market opportunities specifically in the H2 space across HPS.

The incumbent uses business acumen, leverage our strong technical insights and uses business development instincts to engage with new customers and stakeholders across the value chain.

The new market manager will identity opportunities and work with groups of engineers, scientists, and business leaders in the ideation and development of new products and processes using lean start up methodology.


  • The main mission is to help the organization further deepen the understanding of all hydrogen related processes across the existing and newly developing markets and resulting supply chains to refine our market models and goto market strategy
  • Actively participate in Saint-Gobain technical and business networks, maintaining and sharing a strong awareness of learnings and sharing information through close links with specialists and engineers from all disciplines
  • Identify new project opportunities and work collaboratively with Projects team to prioritize hydrogen project funnel
  • Actively share new market trends and product development opportunities with the Hydrogen Community to create NPD portfolio

Profil recherché

  • High level of enthusiasm around the Energy Transition ecosystem with a clearly demonstrable interest to work in and contribute to the clean hydrogen market and communities
  • Strong understanding of the Hydrogen Ecosystem
  • Strong business background in the Hydrogen Market
  • Demonstrated independent motivation and thinking
  • Very strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Track record in growth & business development or consulting
