About Kyriba

Job Summary:

As the Innovation Associate, you will work closely with the innovation team to support the ideation, development, and implementation of new ways of working and processes within Kyriba.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of tech innovation and to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, intrapreneurial environment.

There is the potential for this internship to evolve into a full-time position upon successful completion and graduation.

Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology trends research to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Analyze data and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.

Idea Generation and Development:

Assist in brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas and concepts.
Collaborate with the innovation team to refine and develop ideas into actionable projects.

Innovation Methodology:

Foster a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging the team to embrace new approaches and take calculated risks.
Contribute to shaping the Kyriba tailored innovation processes and methodologies

Project Management:

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation projects.
Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Prototyping and Testing:

Assist in creating prototypes to test and validate ideas.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback for iterative improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with teams across the company, including engineering, design, marketing, and product management and client facing teams to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of project progress, research findings, and insights.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.
Strong passion for innovation and technology.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in design thinking, lean startup, or project management is a plus.
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on new challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duration:

The internship will be for 4 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Compensation:
This is a paid internship position. The compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
