As part of an international team dedicated to the digital window fashion initiative of the Strategy and Insights department, you will oversee the creation and lead content for our e-commerce websites.
As part of a small international team dedicated to the digital window fashion initiative, you create digital content that will then be deployed in all our partnered e-commerce sites across Europe.
You contribute to the optimization of the natural referencing of the e-commerce sites while respecting the values of the various brands.
Reporting to the e-commerce Marketing Leader, your main tasks will be:1.
Contribute to the improvement of the consumer experience on the e-commerce websites:
- Create digital content around products, services, and benefits for our customers (customizer, product pages, instruction guides, marketing videos, tutorials, visuals, icons, photos...).
- Participate in our testing laboratory: Identify improvements (content, UX, prices...) and test them.
- Competitive monitoring (products, services, content, UX, marketing tools, support ).
- Watch trends in the world of decoration, interior design, têxtiles, and smart home.

Help gathering customer insights:
- Collecting & analyzing customer feedback through surveys, online reviews, customer service data and social media data.
- Analyzing the digital performance (Google Analytics / SEMrush / Google Search Console).
Qualifications:
You are a student in digital marketing training (business school or university), minimum bac 4.
This internship is for you if:
- You are passionate about digital and marketing.
- You are comfortable writing web content.
- You are creative and you have mastered at least one creative software (Photoshop/InDesign).
- You are curious and have a good analytical mind.
- You are rigorous, autonomous, and organized.
- You love teamwork and you are proactive.
- You are fluent in written and oral English.
