L'assistant administration des ventes est responsable de la gestion administrative des ventes, le suivi des contrats et commandes, la relation quotidienne avec les clients et les partenaires.
Activités principales
- Accompagnement et relation clients : Prise en charge de certains process (ORIAS, Dont Acte GLI voire PNO …) en relation directe avec les équipes commerciales et leurs clients.
- Suivi des demandes clients et coordination avec les Equipes internes (récupération des RIB, suivi des bordereaux de commissions aux MA…)
