LISI a worldwide company specializing in the design and manufacture of assembly solutions. We are currently searching for our Manager Digital Transformation for our office based in Paris Gare de Lyon.


Mission:


As Manager Digital Transformation, you will lead Groupwise digital transformation projects in various fields (CSR, HR, Finance, ) for the LISI group.

You will report to the Chief Sustainability Officer & Digital Transformation.


You will be the Project Leader of our Workday Core HR project, contribute the digitization of expense reports and also lead the Basware Purchase to Pay international expansion.

You will also contribute to our EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) to design our extra-financial reporting capabilities.

You will work with a variety of people inside and outside of LISI Group. You will be in charge of Key projects in a largely autonomous manner. You will work in a multidisciplinary team (project managers, start-ups, factories, etc.).


You will also be working on other projects of various nature largely depending on your ability to absorb the tasks.

Your main objective is to simplify the lives of employees by eliminating tedious or repetitive tasks.

  • Be the Project Leader/Champion on several Key groupwise and international projects such as:
  • the implementation of Workday Core HR on a Big bang mode in our 13 countries
- the implementation of Basware Purchase to Pay solutions in Germany, the USA, Spain and Czech Republic

  • You will manage and lead a team of 4 to 6 consultants. You lead in transverse mode a group of 15 key contributors, business process owners, IT specialists, Data specialists.

You will participate and coordinate the projects phases:

planning; design, configuration, implementation, tests & deployment with the project teams (technical and functional consultants) as well as with Technical Support and Hosting.


  • Manage project governance and carry out a monthly progress report on planning, success KPIs, control budget and contractual commitments
  • Lead the Basware Purchase to Pay international expansion to Germany, the USA, Spain and Czec Republic
  • Contribute to our EPM project to design the extrafinancial reporting of the Group
  • Be a change Agent and provide communication and engagement contents. Create positive communication (internal and external) on the projects
  • Animate the projects. Participate in videos. Make Tutorials. Participate in the Digital & CSR Community
  • Participate in technology watch. Keep your eyes and ears open on certain topics

Profil:


  • You have at least 3 years of experience as an HRIS or Finance project manager, or you are an experienced consultant who wants to take on more responsibility
  • You have strong leadership skills You like teamwork and have a strong appetite for customer relations
  • You like project management and working with diverse teams
  • You enjoy working in technical environments
  • You are a fast learner, constructive, reactive, working in autonomy, having a good sense of priorities
  • You are a good communicator, force of proposal, you take initiatives
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Your English is very good, both oral and written
