We are looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers.

In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configurate and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.


What you will do

  • Handle customer issues and provide dedicated support
  • Handle Software Update Management (SUM)
  • Performing preventive maintenance, platform dimensioning and health checks
  • Project support: handling technical issues during new installations and upgrades
  • Develop and manage relationship with all partners internally and externally
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Performing oncall duties when required

You will bring

  • Min 3 years of experience in a technical role: Integration Engineer, Support Engineer or similar
  • Domain experience: IMS and Cloud (VoLTE and Entreprise solution)
  • Good troubleshooting skills for IMS/Cloud products (vMTAS, vSBG, vAFG, vCSCF, MGW/BGF, vUPG, BSP, CEE,..)
  • Planning & organization skills
  • Negotiation & argumentation skills
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • French and English proficiency is required
