    Scope of Activities

    To carry out some or all of the following activities:

  • Promote Operational Excellence (SeeD) and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set
  • Organize your team to suit the activity concerned
  • Lead, coordinate and manage your team
  • Assist operators by providing them with instructions and explanations in the event of problems
  • Carry out regular visual checks of team progress
  • Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and employment code rules
  • Contribute to human resources management tasks (hiring, training, annual appraisals, development of high-potential individuals, and qualification management for individual sites)
  • Ensure the effective induction and integration of new employees
  • Introduce and encourage multi-skilling within the team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide change management
  • Maintain operational interaction with internal and/or external customers and suppliers
  • Report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager
  • Work with the Service Provision Manager to build and coordinate dashboards
  • Produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility.

  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization
  • The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.

  • Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel
  • Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)
  • Support QSE maturity development in your sector
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in implementing continuous improvement processes
