- Running closing & forecast processes
- Centralized controls to guarantee accuracy & reliability of financial information
- Delivering regular reporting to Group Technology Operations management.
- Being the finance business partner of Group Technology Operations
- Contribute to the budget process for Group IT Services scope
- Incl. challenge and steer financial inputs
- Execute transversal processes inside the supported BU (P2P, O2C, Time tracking, Budget,
- Efficiency, sourcing....)
- Support managers of the scope in their transversal process's delivery
- Support managers of the scope in their business cases and product lifecycle
- Ensure data entries & quality into all systems (oneplan / efficiency tracker, sourcing data...)
- Coordinate transversal practices / processes delivery for the Business unit supported
- Master's degree in business administration, finance or economics
- 7/10 + years of working experience in finance area
- Knowledge of IT industry as a plus
- Ability to establish trust and credibility across the organization with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills (English)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controlling Expert to join our team in GTO Controlling. As a key stakeholder for GTO Division, you will ensure good internal collaboration on all financial processes.
The GTO Controlling team consists of Product Controlling Business & Data Global Products and Corporate Functions Global Products, Product Controlling Cloud, Distributed and Mainframe, Indirect IT costs Controlling and GTO Transversal Controlling.
As a member of the Product Controlling Business & Data Global Products and Corporate Functions Global Products team, the Controlling Expert will contribute to Group Operations IT strategic financial planning mainly through forecast preparations & actuals monitoring, notably by :
You will also serve as the finance business partner of Group Technology Operations, contributing to the budget process for Group IT Services scope, including challenging and steering financial inputs, and executing transversal processes inside the supported BU (P2P, O2C, Time tracking, Budget, Efficiency, sourcing...).
Additionally, the Controlling Expert will support the managers of the scope in their transversal process's delivery, business cases, and product lifecycle, ensure data entries & quality into all systems (oneplan / efficiency tracker, sourcing data), and coordinate transversal practices/processes delivery for the business unit supported.
