We are hiring a
Business Analyst to join the global
Cognizant team leading a CRM/Salesforce program for a large pharmaceutical client.

This role offers
hybrid work ( mix of onsite in client's office and home office)


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Interact with customer users to understand their requirements and turn those into actionable
    user stories and product plans
:


  • Implement valueadds and process in line with expectations for Sales B2B functionalities

Support User testing and ensure that the product meets the business needs. Indulge and improve documentations.

  • Track progress and perform demo to relevant internal stakeholders and external product users.

Perform impact assessment due to changes (minor enhancements):

Upksill on the set of solutions and interact with technical teams when required

What experience are we looking for?
-
More than 3 years as Business Analyst, functional consultant within CRM/ B2B commerce area:


  • Good to have : Handson experience on Salesforce Cloud; Life Science regulatory
  • Create and own detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria(s).

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, gather requirements. Create business requirement documents, specifications
-
Native french speaker
  • Fluent in English
