Description
Project Manager, Clinical Trial Educators, supports internal stakeholders and sponsors to ensure research teams can optimize clinical trial enrolment.


Essential Functions- Operational delivery of project strategy and team strategy to align with team metrics and sponsor expectations.- Responsible for ensuring team compliance and adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.- Support CTE Global Project Director as required to ensure stakeholders are updated regarding project status and performance.- Responsible for team performance reviews and objective as related to project deliverables in conjunction with CTE Project Lead / Director.- Contribute and deliver regular project updates that clearly demonstrate progress, impact and value being delivered by the team.

Reporting is required and may vary by project but will be a minimum of monthly.

Typical timing is weekly or bi-weekly to sponsor and internal teams.- May accompany CTEs / Senior CTEs on field visits as appropriate to assess and monitor performance related to project goals.- Ensures consistency of quality and performance of project delivery requirements related to r CTE performance.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree BA/BS in Health Sciences or related field or equivalent academic professional qualifications
  • Required CTE experience and support of CTE Project Management duties
  • Clinical Research Experience required
  • Previous CTE experienced required
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical Industry (in research or commercial environments).
  • Management of Multiple therapeutic areas
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced in mentoring / coaching colleagues.
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of a situation and provide a solutionsbased approach to resolving problems.
  • Experienced in coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders / functions.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in English on business level.
  • Confident in handling and manipulating data to identify trends.
  • Empathy and awareness of cultural differences.
  • Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of people / internal and external stakeholders.
  • Could be located anywhere in EMEA, but preferably: France, Spain, Bulgaria, Poland and Serbia
