We are seeking an experienced IT Director specializing in infrastructure and security setup to lead a PE backed Technology businesses IT strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing robust IT infrastructures while prioritizing security measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.

They will play a pivotal role in driving our technological growth, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance across all IT operations.

• Lead the design and deployment of scalable and reliable IT infrastructure solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, storage systems, and other IT equipment.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive security architecture to protect the organization's systems, networks, and data assets.
• Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify and address potential security risks.

• Identify potential security risks and compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address security and privacy concerns proactively.

• Provide leadership and direction to the IT infrastructure and security team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives and priorities.

• Evaluate and select vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring value for money and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms and service level agreements as needed.
• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure and security budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
