Based in Grenoble (France), we are currently establishing our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

In the coming years, we will focus on building the world's most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

As the head of consolidation and finance operations activity, you will have under you scope the consolidation of group companies and finance operations. Tax and financial compliance will also fall under your scope, with support of legal and external companies.

In our growing company that will have a major impact of ecological transition through the re-industrialization of France, you will benefit from a very large autonomy in a very dynamic environment, for a new role to create at your image.

• Coordination and financial consolidation:
• Actively participate in the consolidation process (IFRS) from quarterly to progressively monthly, as well as its gradual internalisation with our accounting firm
• Produce reports for the Finance Department, management and shareholders
• Drafting financial documentation in close collaboration with our legal department and cost control team.
• Monitor cash flow and financing: reporting, optimisation, debt monitoring, in collaboration with the financing team + currency hedging policy.
• Develop and maintain reporting and consolidation processes
• Manage and develop the Finance Operations team
• In the long term: monitoring WCR, supporting the creation of new legal entities, risk mapping.

• Master's level DSCG (DEC is a plus), you will have several years' experience as an accounting manager with responsibility for consolidating financial statements.
• With a background in auditing or industry, you're looking for a challenge and are able to make suggestions.
• Dynamic, rigorous, passionate and motivated by teamwork, you are keen to get involved in an entrepreneurial and industrial adventure.
• French & English are both required for this role
