The Marcom Specialist is a member of the European Marcom Team. In this role, they will have opportunity to implement EU-wide regional programs and digital tactics.

They will build collaborative partnerships with Commercial, Digital and downstream marketing implement high impact campaigns to drive revenue through the channels.

You possess eye for business and analytical scale, and find the digital ecosystem appealing;


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement the mentioned programs.
  • Customer journey and patient pathway planning/use of personas and content mapping approaches to support standard methodology
  • Event project management
  • PPI to improve or create new marketing processes for improved efficiency
  • Coordination/briefing of agencies for translation of EU or global campaigns to suit the specific needs of customers within target countries
  • Advise on marketing standard process to ensure effective creation and execution of regional campaigns and events
  • Compliance with brand guidelines/standards, legal/regulatory guidelines
  • Mentor new or junior team members to enable them to work independently on projects
  • Coordination and collaboration with external suppliers, agencies, publishers
  • Set up promotions with tracking capability and collate and report out on marketing project performance and advise on optimization strategies
  • Optimise marketing tactics using data in order to deliver on targets
  • Craft good marketing copy that is suitable for the chosen media/channel
  • Reports to Regional Snr Manager Marketing Operations IDD (EU)
  • 10% travel ranging to 40% for events management at certain times of the year

Education:


  • Marketing degree + 1+ years' experience or 2+ years' marketing experience
  • Experience in working CEIVD, IVDR and Medtech Code compliance
  • Diagnostics/med tech/pharmaceutical marketing background
  • Fluent written/spoken English + 1 other European language Italian/French/Spanish/German

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Marketing in a healthcare setting to Healthcare providers, clinicians and patients
  • Strong communication skills, marketing data analytics and trends analysis, project management and planning skills
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work in multifaceted environment with multiple projects/tasks
  • Working within a global multisite organization

Conditions:

  • Remote working
  • It is a fixed term contract of 6 months.
