What will you be doing?

  • Service Administration and prioritization, including logístical and general support of all Service functions
  • Handle labor reimbursement and out of warranty inquiries/escalations
  • Resolve RMA enquiries and shipping label request
  • Work with logistics team to coordinate RMA Returns
  • Coordinating with stake holders on high priority FA shipments and ensuring accuracy/completion
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Escalate system issues when identified via IS tickets (ERP)
  • Identify gaps in processes and automation with management
  • Customer support of Vendor Numbers and Vendor creation for CREdge, Priority and the Compensation processes

  • 12 Years of Proven experience as a support administrator, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a problemsolving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • PV Solar experience an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French & English
