Description

The Group Sustainability team opens a trainee position as Analyst Sustainable Procurement.

The trainee will design and perform the collect of key sustainability indicators and elements to evaluate our supplier portfolio and rate suppliers' sustainability performance.

In particular, but not limited to, the assigned work will support:

- the evaluation of the carbon footprint of suppliers per each category of suppliers
- the evaluation of the compliancy of materials purchased towards sustainable criteria
- the evaluation of social engagement of our suppliers as per working conditions, equal opportunities, adequate and sustainable social protection

Main tasks_:
Support the design of questionnaires
Work closely with Procurement Category teams to address those questionnaires to suppliers
Follow the flow of answers
Combine data into relevant analyzing tools
Summarize analysis and support the suppliers rating and risks evaluation

Work experience:
This is a junior profile, no working experience is fine

Preferred studies curriculum:
Student preparing a diploma of higher education in sustainable development or equivalent level.

Competencies:
Good communication and language skills in English

Comfortable with IS tools (MS tools )

Good understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Knowledge of European framework on CSR is a plus

This position is opened in Pont-Evêque (France).
