The Global Field Security Group is seeking a motivated, inspiring, and results-oriented individual to become its Security Manager for Paris and London.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?


Paris, one of Nike's 12 global Key Cities, is the place where many Nike employees, workspaces, best-in-class athletes, influencers, major events, and product launches are found.

Based out of Nike's Paris headquarters, the Paris Security Manager will take care of the security and protection of Nike, Inc.

Employees, facilities, and events in France and the UK, working in partnership with regionally-based Nike teams and leaders, as well as global teams, to ensure consistent and effective security outcomes that map back to broader corporate strategies.

  • Physical Security Design: Understanding of physical security design principles to secure buildings, facilities, and events.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON


Nike's security managers are responsible for protecting Nike's team members and assets, maintaining their security, and responding quickly to security threats and incidents.

Their job involves blending strategic planning, operational management, leadership, and teamwork.


  • Initiating risk assessments to detect security vulnerabilities and potential threats to Nike's employees, brand, facilities, and events.

Security Planning and Strategy:
Developing and implementing security plans, protocols, and strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security measures.


  • Supervising and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems that include access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security technologies.

Emergency Response Planning:
Developing and implementing emergency response plans and protocols to address security incidents, crises, and disasters.


  • Physical Security Design: Crafting and implementing physical security measures to secure buildings, facilities, and events, including perimeter security, lighting, and access control.
  • Providing training to security staff and employees on security procedures, protocols, and awareness to improve Nike's security culture within its team members and vendors.

Incident Management:
Responding to security incidents, collaborating with law enforcement agencies and Nike's Incident Management teams.


  • Ensuring the compliance with security regulations, standards, and industry best practices is crucial to maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • Handling security vendors and contractors to guarantee the quality and efficiency of security services and solutions.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The security manger will report to the EMEA, Global security Director, based in the Nike European HQ.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Extensive professional work experience in security management, experience in the private sector for multinational organizations is a plus as well as Law Enforcement/ Military/ Fire fighter experience
