ABOUT THE POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on tool optimization to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Assist in workflow optimization to streamline processes and reduce turnaround time.
  • Help in building and analyzing the main KPIs to measure the team's performance.
  • Assist in building dashboards to visualize data and track progress.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and provide support.
  • Proactively participates in personal career development and training to further knowledge and skills
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

YOU ARE

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
