Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) France is a fast growing business, aiming to significantly scale up over the next five years and beyond.

Local CCB division serves the mid-sized corporate segment, digital companies and subsidiaries of our global parented clients. CCB compliments Citi's existing Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory (BCMA) business that has operated in this region since 1906.


The CSG Relationship Manager will have the responsibility to manage an existing portfolio, as well as to establish and develop new subsidiary relationships within the CCB France team.

The target market is comprised of French subsidiaries of multinational clients, as well as subsidiaries in case of which the regional or European treasury center is based in France.

Primary responsibilities will be to build relationships and provide financial solutions to the customers.

The job involves day-to-day co-operation with various CCB presence countries and regions, as well as both the product and implementation teams in Ireland, UK, and the France, with the purpose of delivering a remarkable client experience.

Responsibilities also include active engagement in projects related to additional products and functionalities offered by the CCB teams across the region.

On a daily basis, a CSG Relationship Manager will be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities:


  • Active calling on French subsidiaries of our CCB customers;
  • Managing relationships with subsidiaries in France, including cash management solutions, FX, trade and credit products;
  • Monitoring and supporting the products' implementation process;
  • Supporting the international expansion of CCB customers;
  • Managing customers and transactions in the existing CRM platform;
  • Interaction with other CCB structures across the globe;
  • Verifying adherence to global KYC (Know Your Customer) standards during the referral management process;
  • Maintaining overall control and accountability for the crossborder transactions referrals;
  • Identifying crosssell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.

Qualifications:


  • 610 years of experience
  • Extensive experience in providing and selling cash management services to corporates
  • Thorough understanding of banking products for middle market corporate customers
  • Understanding of onboarding process' critical elements
  • Experience in Commercial / Relationship Banking with international customers
  • Ability to assess credit risk of the corporate client
  • Strong communication skills and wellstructured work approach
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Independent and well organized
  • Strong business orientation and ability to react well under pressure to immediate business needs
  • Strong focus on delivery and results
  • Ability to turn concepts into actual solutions that can be delivered
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence decisions at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with a motivation to learn
  • Ability to follow through on risks/issues and track them to closure
  • Experience in managing multiple project timelines and prioritization

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree, Masters degree preferred
This Role is a "Controlled Function" Role as defined by the Central Bank of Ireland Reform Act 2010 and Principal Regulations 2011, and amending Regulations 2014, 2015
