AXA DCP - Digital Commercial PlatformAXA DCP a pour mission d'aider ses clients business à prévenir et anticiper les nouveaux risques d'un monde de plus en plus interconnecté et aux défis climatiques croissants. Dans le but d'atteindre cet objectif, AXA DCP développe de nouveaux produits numériques et mets en relation ses clients avec des offres de partenaire par l'intermédiaire d'une nouvelle plateforme.
Nous constituons une équipe afin de développer et de piloter des produits innovants chez AXA. L'équipe est constituée de « data scientists », de chefs de produits, de développeurs « front-end », « back-end » et d'autres rôles nécessaires qui nous permettent et permettront d'atteindre nos objectifs.
L'équipe
L'équipe TEX (pour « Telematics EXchange platform ») développe, déploie et maintien une plateforme de collecte de données pour des solutions d'assurance. Elle traite en temps réel des données provenant de plusieurs milliers de périphériques dédiés, de smartphones ou de plateformes de partenaires. Les données sont collectées, traitées, stockées, et exposées à des partenaires sous la forme d'API ou de tableaux de bords.
Le cas d'utilisation principal dans plusieurs pays est celui de l'assurance automobile aux particuliers (paiement en fonction de l'utilisation ou du comportement de l'usager) avec des données de constructeurs automobiles. Des solutions dans le domaine marin pour les flottes de cargo sont aussi à l'oeuvre, et d'autres programmes sont en cours de spécification.
L'ambition d'AXA est de développer un ensemble d'outils et de services qui seront à la fois utilisés par les experts d'AXA et exposés à ses clients « business » dans le cadre de la plateforme numérique DCP. L'équipe travaille à adapter ses projets pour les intégrer dans cette plateforme et ainsi être proposé à un plus large public industriel.
Mission principale
Nous recherchons un ingénieur logiciel généraliste avec une appétence forte en développement back-end dans le contexte des services cloud AWS. Il s'agit avant tout d'un travail de développement logiciel.
Votre travail consistera à :
- Développer et maintenir l'infrastructure back-end existante
- Aider les « product owner » à définir, spécifier, architecturer, et mettre en oeuvre de nouvelles solutions traitement, d'hébergement et d'exposition de données
- Spécifier et décrire l'infrastructure AWS via des outils d'Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Spécifier, mettre en oeuvre et exposer des API HTTPS à nos partenaires avec accès sécurisé
- Assurer une qualité dans les développements pour permettre une maintenance aisée Régulièrement appliquer les correctifs de sécurité
Si vous connaissez les dernières technologies et les « frameworks » à la mode, vous aurez à coeur de penser avant tout à la maintenabilité de votre travail sur le long terme. Vous aimez la qualité et vous êtes sensibilisés aux tests faisant partie intégrante d'un processus de déploiement continu. Vous faites de l'évangélisation des bonnes pratiques tout en respectant les avis de vos collègues.
En fonction de vos compétences et de vos aspirations, vous pourrez avoir l'opportunité de participer à la mise en oeuvre de besoins « front-end », d'outillage lié à l'intégration et le déploiement continu des composants, avoir un rôle plus architecte, voire mettre en oeuvre des algorithmes de data science et faire de l'ingénierie data.
