Already equipped with a fleet of 6x long-haul aircraft (4x A330-200F and 2x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters.
CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world's first airline to launch and operate this state of the art cargo aircraft.
As part of its commercial cooperation with Air France KLM Cargo, CMA CGM AIR CARGO is looking for a Director Strategy & Development to integrate the leadership team of this commercial cooperation as well as the management team of CMA CGM Air Cargo.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Lead and coordinate the joint "Strategy & Development" team within the commercial cooperation with Air France KLM:
Lead the "Strategy & Development" team of the Blue Cargo Cooperation in charge of:
Conducting the PMO of the commercial cooperation to monitor progress of key projects and the transformation of organizations
Ensuring proper functioning of the cooperation and that identified synergies are delivered
Building the business plan of the commercial cooperation
Facilitating the Governance of the cooperation
Launching and leading joint development projects within the cooperation
Participate to the steering committee of the cooperation representing the "Strategy & Development" team and take part in key decision making in the governance of the cooperation
- Be the main entry point for CMA CGM and CCAC for most of the topics related to the commercial cooperation with Air France KLM
Report the main developments of the cooperation to CCAC's CEO and Management Board
Ensure the preservation of CMA CGM's and CCAC's interests in the cooperation with Air France KLM
PROFILE:
Holding a Master's degree in Management or Engineering, you must have acquired at least 10 years' experience on strategic or commercial roles within the air transport industry or within a leading management consulting firm.
You have experience leading organizational / commercial projects or assignments in large corporate groups involving diverse teams and have experienced exposure to senior management in these projects.
As a disciplined and structured professional, you are able to lead projects and teams in complex and changing environments. You have strong adaptation capabilities and can grow within different cultures and interact with stakeholders from different backgrounds. You are keen on conducting development projects. You have strong leadership skills and can embark teams from different organizations and cultures.You have strong analytical capabilities and business sense, and you are able to convey and defend your ideas in a clear and structured way in a demanding environment.
