Job Description:

Under the responsibility of the Licensing Division device manager, the technician will assist device engineers for characterization work.


Perform the electric characterization of any microelectronic device available on silicon wafer using the different tools available in the lab.

Use and control the different technics of electrical characterization in accordance with the capability of the tools.

Develop test programs to automatically manage communication between test tools.

Provide first level of analysis on the measurement results and propose new measurement method if needed.

Provide first level of maintenance on the different test bench and diagnose test issue.


Requirements/Qualifications:

Skills:

2-3 years technical degree in electronics (or microelectronics). Beginner accepted.

Knowledge of electronic device characterization tools (curve tracer, generator, oscilloscope).

Programming skill.

Knowledge of electronic basic devices (CMOS transistor, Non-Volatile Memory, capacitor, resistor ).

Microsoft office (or Open office) skill.

Capacity and ability

Have a good capacity to adapt to the evolution of techniques and the acquisition of new expertise.

Have a good ability to present measurement results (mainly by using Excel).

Having a sense of common service and know how to interact with multiple partners.

Technical English (Fluent English will be better but not mandatory)
