Job Scope

Promote the entire DiaSorin reagent range by adding menus to existing customers.
Provide support to sellers to respond to calls for tenders.
Ensure the proper implementation of corporate and local procedures.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Key


Responsibilities:

Define the objectives of the roadmap (at least 3 months) with each IAP in coordination with sales expectations.

Ensure monitoring of activities / Validation and closing of Work-Orders Sales Force


Carry out regular joint field visits in order to control:
Customer satisfaction
Quality of the IAP support delivered.
Good knowledge of the customer portfolio (compliance, training delivered,
Knowledge of DS products and knowledge of the customer ecosystem, etc.)

Provide support in the management of complaints (Calls) and/or complex customer situations.
Ensure coordination with the cross-functional Sales, MKTG and Service teams (demonstration, installations, Add-on, evaluation / studies)
Ensure documentary updating (GOP...) with the RAQ.
All actions linked to his function may be submitted to him by his hierarchy.

External:
Client and prospect biologists, client laboratory technicians, biomedical engineers, manager of technical platforms in hospitals and laboratories

Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Scientific degree (Biology) required.
Experience in a large IVD group.
Team management


Areas concerned:
serology, hormonology, etc.

Immuno-Analysis, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology Market
Proven people management skills
Mastery of the client's issues and ecosystem
Fluency in English would be a plus.

Positive, proactive and open-minded attitude

Strong commitment
Flexible and ability to work with deadlines
Sense of organization
Ability to communicate and work in a team.
