Description

As an International Product Manager for Havea Group, your role is to
oversee the development and management of the Vitavea's products on a global scale.

You will be responsible for coordinating with a cross-functional teams across multiple countries and regions, working closely with commerce, marketing, supply chain, operations, R & D and other departments to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of Vitavea at the international.

Integrated into a team of 3 product managers, you will be reporting to the International Marketing Manager.


Your responsibilities may include:

Conducting market research: Conducting extensive research on global markets to identify customer needs and trends, and using this information to develop and refine product strategies.

Developing and executing product strategies: Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and goals.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Collaborating with commerce, digital marketing, methods, supply chain, R&D, Scientific and other departments to ensure that all aspects of product development, launch, and ongoing management are properly coordinated and aligned.

Managing product lifecycles: Managing the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to launch to end-of-life, including product positioning, pricing, and packaging.

Ensuring regulatory compliance: Ensuring that products comply with all relevant regulations and laws in all markets where they are sold.

Monitoring competition:Monitoring the competitive landscape to identify emerging trends and threats and using this information to make strategic product decisions.

Managing budgets: Managing product development budgets and timelines, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

Support the distributors and affiliates, in evaluating the performance of the lever's activations, monitoring the activities of the competition, and helping to identify launch opportunities.

Communicating with stakeholders: Communicating product plans and progress to stakeholders across the organization, including executives, managers, and team members.

CDD of 6 months I 39h/week


Graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or related field, you have at least 2/3 years of experience in product management, Business administration, Marketing and/or ultimately international marketing on a global scale.


You have strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and the ability to learn new programs and procedures fast.


To be successful in your position, you will have to show excellent communication, English is a must, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.

You are known for your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.


Position located in Montaigu (85), 30 kms in the south of Nantes and 30 kms in the north of La Roche-Sur-Yon.
