    Avec votre maître de stage, vous accompagnez la supervision de la filière Achats à l'international du Groupe Société Générale.

    En tant qu'assistant chef de projet achat international, vous êtes un vrai Business Partner de nos métiers et de nos équipes à l'international en recherchant les solutions les plus pertinentes et fiables pour les accompagner dans le développement de la fonction Achats à l'international.

    Vous serez intégré au Domaine International et assisterez les Chefs de projets dans leur mission de supervision des 15 pays de la filière et dans différents projets transverses et cross-fonctionnels au sein du Domaine et de la Direction Achats Groupe.

    Concrètement, vous serez amené à :

  • Accompagner les chefs de projets internationaux dans l'identification et l'instruction de pistes d'opportunité (organisation, processus, méthodologie) des équipes achats de la filière achats internationale
  • Participer à l'organisation du Séminaire Achats International annuel réunissant les Responsables Achats de la Filière Internationale (15 pays) à Paris jouant un rôle de chef de projet sur cette mission, vous organiserez des workshops et autres événements, communiquerez avec les Responsables Achats pays et Groupe ainsi qu'avec la Direction de la Communication
  • Participer aux revues mensuelles des feuilles de route avec les directeurs achats de la filière ainsi qu'à la préparation des feuilles de route 2025
  • Mener les enquêtes de satisfaction annuelles des équipes Achats auprès de leurs partenaires métiers et réaliser une analyse transverse des résultats
  • Contribuer à la préparation des comités achats annuels de chaque pays de la filière
  • Soutenir l'équipe dans ses activités de pilotage

  • Vous êtes étudiant de niveau Bac+4/5 en Université, École de Commerce, d'Ingénieur avec une spécialisation en Achats ou Management de Projets
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office/VBA
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, force de proposition, flexibilité, adaptabilité, capacité à travailler et communiquer dans un environnement fort multiculturel
