Position:


Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Design and steward:

  • Maintain system map of our landscape with Architecture team,
  • Support Domain manager to team sizing and budget construction,
  • Define, monitor and update the team planning considering the different input coming from other departments, teams and external suppliers.
  • A balance experience with mix of technology and process skills, aimed to maximize value and performance in organizations.

Service support and sustain:

  • Define and ensure respect of SLA's.
  • Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process,
  • Measure Service Satisfaction level,
  • Release Management: prepare CAB, anticipate any regression risk, adequate documentation of changes, business sign off,
  • Conduct periodical meetings with external Vendors Service Manager to analyze KPI's, Issue log's and service quality,
  • Hold SI accountable, at a sufficiently detailed level Contribute as L3 lead to create the Support strategy with Integration Manager,
  • Validates that functional specs and design provided by SI will meet LVMH standards and requirements.

Team lead:

  • Participate to train and build a strong team able to challenge any proposals and build its own solution,
  • Ramp up a team to be ready for Hypercare and Closing Phase of projects,
  • Verification of solution options and recommendation for project or support management decisions,
  • Own, manage and nurture continuous process improvements according to business strategies.

  • Experience in a Holding Environment is a plus but not mandatory

Technical skills:

  • Project management
  • Accounting/controlling knowledges
  • Architecture definition and design / System integration
  • Custom systems design and implementation
  • Experience of SAP S4 Hana implementation is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience of support Management is mandatory
  • Experience of functional and technical integration in an heterogenous system environment is mandatory
  • Knowledgeable in release/CAB management
  • Knowledgeable in system release, platform sizing
  • Knowledgeable in ABAP/Fiori programming
