+ We are looking for a Chemist (CDI)

Your key missions
Develop the synthesis of new synthetics for the cosmetics industry at the laboratory scale
Optimize processes to make them industrializable, reproducible and reliable Carry out manufacturing on a pilot scale from 1 to 100kg
Develop the activity of the Plant Extraction division and characterization of extract components.
Manage laboratory operations (purchase and maintenance of equipment)
Monitor the production of products developed inhouse or outsourced. Take charge of chromatographic equipment (GC/MS, GC/FID, HPLC DAD-DEDL, HPTLC) and perform analyses.
Ensure a bibliographic and technological watch Ensure the supervision of trainees/technicians
Your profile
Chemical engineer or Bac+5 with a specialization in organic chemistry
5 years of experience in research and development and in process optimization You are comfortable with analytical chromatography equipment Autonomous, rigorous, organized and endowed with a spirit of analysis and synthesis
You are able to manage multiple projects.
