    Customer Success Manager - Clinical Operations France - Paris

    Location:
    Remote, Full-Time

    The Role

    As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer success with Veeva's Clinical products and services.

    Acting as a liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, you will focus on fostering collaboration, addressing escalations, and showcasing value through proactive engagement.

    What You'll Do

    Support 4-6 large global customers with post-implementation Veeva Vault Clinical applications
    Build relationships with customers' application owners to understand strategic goals and challenges
    Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with Veeva stakeholders to meet customer needs
    Conduct customer meetings to demonstrate success and identify additional value opportunities
    Provide strategic guidance on optimizing product consumption and the customer roadmap
    Facilitate cross-customer collaborations for enhanced opportunities

    Requirements

    Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and build rapport with customers
    Proven ability to establish relationships with key customer stakeholders, fostering trust and partnership
    Emphasis on cross-functional collaboration to address unique customer challenges
    Analytical and presentation skills to interpret data and deliver compelling presentations
    Empathy and natural curiosity in supporting technical solutions from the customer's perspective
    5 years of experience in Life Sciences or 3 years using Veeva products
    Willingness to travel up to 25 PERCENT for customer meetings and events
    Fluency in English

    Nice to Have

    Experience in Clinical Research within a Sponsor or CRO company
    SaaS/Cloud experience in clinical trials delivery
    Background in Life Science, computer science, or related field
    Fluency in a European language, preferably German or French
