What to Expect

  • The 3PL Operations support Analyst will be a key member of the Tesla Southern Europe & MEA Distribution organization. This team focuses on efficient and effective Distribution of Service & Energy parts supply to the service centers, vehicle collision repair partners, and Tesla customers.


The main responsibility of the 3PL Operation Analyst is to support the setup and continuous improvement of a seamless, compliant, and efficient process of the Tesla spare parts and products in relation to the 3PL.

A key responsibility for this will be to supervise the performance of Tesla's local (3PL) warehouse partner. The employee will be also the key contact for its internal team members for a continuous improvement approach. The main objective is to ensure Tesla's performance targets are met by the warehouse partner.

What You'll Do

  • Works closely with the Tesla internal & 3PL functional departments to ensure KPI's on in and/or outbound, inventory, packaging, reporting and/or communication are fulfilled
  • Identifies and creates opportunities to improve on performances standards and reduction cost
  • Monitors KPI's and 3PL activities in assigned area of responsibilities
  • Support Claim handling process regarding 3PL operations
  • Addresses and ensures immediate action and resolution on discrepancies and performance issues with 3PL on daily operations.
  • Escalates Functional and process failures to the Country Associate Manager. Support the Associate Manager in the continuous improvement process. And challenge the 3PL accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with all departments and partners that are part of the Product Distribution process. Be the key contact with Distribution Planning timing, challenging inventory strategy. Act as the product distribution point of contact for local Tesla business organizations. Works closely with the operation team and will involve in the daytoday operations.
  • Create, validate, and maintain SOPs & KPIs for a continues optimization of the warehouse operations
  • Manage adhoc tasks as assigned by line management
  • This position is continuously evolving, and the responsibilities may change over time this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
What You'll Bring

  • Good understanding of warehouse operations. Spacious users knowledge of a warehouse management system
  • Previous experience working with international stakeholders in a global operating environment
  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Experience with performance (KPIs) measuring, SOPs, BRD and solution processes
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and in a fastpaced environment
  • Customer focused and able to work to tight deadlines. Selfmotivated, critical thinker, resultoriented, quick learner, as well as a multitasker.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
