Global successfactors project manager
WFI18022- Rattaché au directeur SIRH, vous aurez les missions suivantes:
- In charge the RUN of our Global HRIS solution based on SAP Success Factors (Employee central, recruiting, career site, Onboarding, Performance, Succession )
- Management of a level support team (2 internal FTEs; 1 for EMEA and 1 for APAC)
- In charge of our HRIS tools' design and architecture to insure consistency globally and compliance with LVMH HRIS systems
- Lead implementation projects for new Global HRIS solutions
- Look for innovative solutions to improve employee's digital journey
Vos atouts:
- 4 to 8 years of experience implementing Global HRIS solutions
- Good knowledge of Success Factors (Employee central is mandatory)
- Ability to deal with complex HRIS and IT landscapes
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
