The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to one of SIRVA's corporate clients in managing multi-skills tasks.

The Assistant plays an important role within the whole team to ensure communication flow between the client, internal team, and outbound providers.

Key position as a link between all members of the Sirva team.
Tasks Description

  • Mail management
  • Reporting,
  • Customer & vendor experience, appointments organization & followup
  • Updating database, documents upload and monitoring, data fulfillment
  • Invoicing updating, preparation followup
  • Followup and update of key Excel sheet for reporting purposes
  • Archiving

Skills:


  • Office 365 (Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook)
  • Good level of English
  • Accuracy, autonomy, proactivity, interpersonal skills, solutiondriven
  • Tenancy Management on the tenant side is a plus
