Rattaché au Responsable Développement vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- L'élaboration de processus de synthèse de chimie organique à l'échelle R&D en vue de transposition industrielle,
L'optimisation des procédés existants entre l'échelle R&D et la production ou amélioration des procédés industriels existants (économie d'énergie, réduction d'effluents, amélioration de la productivité...),
Le suivi analytique accompagnant les essais entrepris (GC/GC-MS/HPLC/DSC/KF...),
La participation aux études bibliographiques avec les équipes,
La participation aux échanges techniques avec les clients (visites/conf call ….),
La participation aux opérations de sourcing/homologation nouvelles matières premières
